One of my favorite times of the year! Thanksgiving, Turkey Trots and TURKEY! I like doing different things with Turkey, and I don't always know why. Last year, I brined my turkey with Simply Organic Turkey Brine, used Simply Organic Turkey Rub and used the Spatchcock method on my Green Mountain Grill.
