Sauce Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of olive oil (get it from the Calico Bean Market:)) 1 can of tomatoes (1 lb 4 oz) 1 6 oz of tomato paste 1 tsp basil 1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 onion 1 tsp garlic Meatballs 1-2 lbs ground beef 1 Egg 1 tsp basil 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic breadcrumbs Process: 1. Brown the onion in olive oil, place sauce ingredients in a crock pot. 2. Ball the Meatballs and throw in sauce (raw) 3. Cook for 6-8 hours 4. Watch the Iowa Hawkeyes...
