
Steel Cut Oat Groats
Mixing Instructions:
Bring 4 cups water to a brisk boil. Add 1 cup oatmeal & stir well. When oatmeal begins to thicken,reduce heat & simmer uncovered for 30 min. stirring occasionally. Do not over cook!
Quick soak method: Boil 4 cups water. Turn off heat & add 1 cup oatmeal. Cover & leave overnight.
Next morning cook on low 9-12 min.
Stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients:
100% steel cut groats.
