Brown sugar, sea salt, paprika, natural evaporated cane juice, ginger, allspice, dried onion & garlic, cinnamon, black pepper, celery, cayenne pepper.
Directions: Moisten pork ribs, pork butts with vegetable or olive oil. Apply heavy layer of rub on meat 3-24 hours before putting in smoker. Use with choice cut of meat.
