Ingredients
Water, Organic Poblano Pepper, Organic Onion, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Corn Flour, Sea Salt, Organic Cilantro, Organic Garlic, Organic Jalapeno Pepper, Organic Cumin, Organic Lime Juice Concentrate.
Directions
While preheating oven to 400 degrees, wrap 8 corn tortillas in foil and warm in oven for 5 minutes. Place 2 Tbsp. Monterrey Jack or Cheddar cheese in each tortilla, roll up and place seam-side down in baking dish. Cover with Simmer Sauce and sprinkle with additional cheese. Cover dish with foil and bake for 12 minutes or until heated through. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes more. Serve with your favorite toppings.
