Country Vegetable Soup Mix (Little Barn)
Little Barn pasta (semolina flour, eggs, whole leaf spinach, tomato paste, leaf basil, paprika, FD&C yellow 5, blue 1 coloring), split peas, rice, lentils, pearlized barley, minced onion, parsley, beef broth base (salt, sugar, hydrolyzed soy protein, dried beef stock, onion powder, caramel color, natural flavor, powdered beef, autolyzed yeast, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, spice, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate), salt, lemon pepper.

12 cups water
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped carrots
4 cups tomato or tomato vegetable juice
Place water in a large pot. Bring to full boil, then reduce heat. Add soup mix; stir. Reduce heat and simmer about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender. Add tomato juice. Heat through.
