Size: one & a half (1.5) pound package: Mixing Instructions: Hearty Soup Mix 8 cups water 1 1/2 cups soup mix 1 1/2 tsp. salt Simmer 1 hour. Add: 2 carrots, 2 stalks celery, 2 cups shredded cabbage, 1 qt. tomatoes, 1 lb. cooked ground beef. Simmer for 20 additional minutes.
